We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was spotless, and we were provided with tea and coffee in the room. The hotel facilities were great, with a bar that was clean and staffed by friendly and helpful individuals. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options available, and we found the free parking and good WiFi throughout the hotel to be very convenient. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was pleasant.
Nothing not too like.
The hotel is conveniently located just outside of the City Centre on the main road next to the bridge over the river. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were exceptional. The staff, especially one waiter/barman who had just started that night, was an absolute gem in organizing taxis for us. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly.

At breakfast time in the hotel's dining room, we were impressed with the buffet-style setup, offering a great variety of delicious food options. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. The hotel's location on the Waterside, just outside the city center, was superb for exploring this beautiful city.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The receptionist, Catherine, was particularly helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, with the city center only a short drive away. Parking was available, and transportation options were easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and welcoming, providing us with plenty of information upon our arrival. The room was spotlessly clean, and we were pleased to find tea and coffee making facilities available. The hotel's bar and restaurant were a highlight, especially after a long day of driving. We enjoyed delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the location at the end of the Foyle Bridge made it easy for us to explore this city and the North West. The hotel also offered a free taxi service into town, which was a great bonus. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and the location.
