We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and fresh towels changed as requested. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and the staff were amazing, always ready to help. The hotel's location was excellent, with a short 10-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to the shopping centre. The proximity to the railway and bus stations was convenient, and we enjoyed the beautiful sea view from our room.

Close to the city centre and Swansea marina, this hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town area. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I was impressed by how well-kept everything was. The staff at the reception desk were excellent, providing efficient service and making the check-in process a breeze. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with the eggs being a particular highlight.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a super king size bed. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and the swimming pool was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the staff, especially Suzannah on reception, were lovely and helpful. The location was great, with a short walk to the harbour and a 20-minute walk to the beach.

Cleanliness was outstanding, rooms were lovely and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice restaurant and gym. The location was excellent, close to the waterfront and shops, with easy transportation options. Breakfast provided plentiful options.

Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby areas of natural beauty, such as Bracelet Bay and the Marina. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of delicious food options. I couldn't fault this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the friendly staff.
