We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of the city and close to all the major sites and shopping areas. Being so close to Oxford Street, the main shopping area, was a dream come true for us. It made exploring London so convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a restaurant and bar on the top floor that offered stunning views of the city skyline. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was fab, just a 2-3 min walk to Oxford Circus tube and Regent Street for shopping in London. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room and nice views. The staff at reception and the Heights bar provided excellent service. It was also convenient being next door to the BBC studio and opposite the Langham. we were impressed with the cleanliness and the hotel's proximity to the main shopping area in this city.

I loved the location, just off Oxford Street, which made it easy for me to explore all of central London.
The hotel facilities were great, with a gorgeous restaurant and bar that offered stunning views of the sunset.
The room itself was perfect - clean, trendy, and well presented.
The bathroom had a great shower, and there were two TVs in the room.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were also very good, and the prices were reasonable.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The location right in the shopping area on Oxford and Regent Street was a major plus, giving us easy access to all the best shops and attractions. The views from the window were breathtaking and made the experience truly special. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious and the coffee was excellent. this hotel provided an exceptional experience that we won't forget.
