We had the best stay at this hotel in the UK/Europe. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, even making a fuss for my birthday with singing, cakes, and treats. The hotel itself was beautiful, giving us the feeling of being in an episode of Downton Abbey. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfy beds and blackout curtains. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices, and we enjoyed the piano playing in the bar in the evening. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Theatre district and the British Museum, and easy to get to from the tube and Kings X/St Pancras Int'l.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel very special. They were always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated in a stylish Victorian style, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect, with easy access to Covent Garden, the British Museum, Russell Square, and all the theatres. We enjoyed exploring the city by either jumping on the tube or getting taxis, which were conveniently available nearby. Additionally, the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and provided helpful information. The hotel is conveniently located just behind the British Museum, with easy access to tube stations and bus stops. We were within walking distance of other attractions and had a wide selection of good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

The hotel itself was lovely, and my room was small but functional, with all the necessary amenities like slippers, robes, free water, and a safe. The location was perfect, close to transport links and with easy access to the city's attractions. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden area. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and the exceptional staff.
