I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The accessible room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, including a large TV, coffee and tea making facilities, and delicious biscuits that were replenished daily. The bar area had a great ambiance, and the staff made me feel incredibly special. I particularly enjoyed their passion fruit Martini. The food in the bar, restaurant, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the hotel's interior was stunning, especially the reception area at night, which created a romantic and calming atmosphere. The spa was also intimate and provided the perfect relaxation experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic - it was very close to the city center, right on the tram line, and within walking distance of everything I needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. It was conveniently located near everything we needed for a Christmas treat. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful foyer and bar. The staff was friendly and welcoming, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. The food at the bar was excellent, and the breakfast had a wide selection of both cooked and continental options. Our Superior King Room was surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked mini bar. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff provided all the necessary extras like an iron, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers. our experience at this hotel was truly magical.

This hotel is a beautiful building with lovely high ceilings and a massive bed that was really soft. The rooms are well kept and clean, with beautiful interior design. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to meet your requirements. The hotel is right in the center of town, making it easy to get around with public transport. It is also close to the nicest areas, including the renewed central library.
