We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even allowed us to have our meal in a quiet space due to a guest's hearing impairment. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to an inner courtyard area and so close to the city center. The view from our room was marvelous, and we loved the charming period features, like the wide staircase. The breakfast was exceptional, and our room was lovely and clean. We also appreciated the good supply of coffee, tea, and biscuits that were replenished daily. Additionally, the staff provided excellent customer service, offering us the loan of a charging cable and allowing us to store our luggage after checkout.

We loved the spacious and clean room, with crisp white sheets and towels. The shower was fabulous and the complimentary items were a nice touch. The hotel's location in the center of this city was perfect, as it was not far from Leeds Arena and close to the shops, train station, and university. Additionally, there were plenty of super bars and restaurants nearby, including a great Italian restaurant that we tried. The staff, especially the helpful and smiling receptionist, made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was nice and clean. The location was ideal, as it was close to the town centre, the station, and good restaurants. The breakfast was great, and the hotel facilities were impressive. We were also pleased with the soundproofing of our room, ensuring a peaceful sleep.
