The location right on the banks of the Loch provided stunning views. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the private sauna in our room. The breakfast was delicious and served by friendly staff. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the convenient parking.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and very clean. The location is beautiful, right on the shores of Loch Lomond in the pretty village of Luss. The hotel facilities were great, with plenty of fun activities to do if you like being active. The restaurant area was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with breathtaking views of the lake from our spacious room and balcony. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing us with everything we needed, including tea/coffee/milk, toiletries, and extra pillows. The room design was well-thought-out and had all the necessary amenities, such as an iron and a fan to keep us cool during the hot weather. Most of the staff were great and made us feel welcome. This hotel is the perfect spot for relaxation, and we will definitely return when we visit this city again.
The hotel had beautiful views of the Loch Lomond, and my room had a balcony overlooking the water. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a swimming pool and spa facilities available. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The location right on the shores of the Loch Lomond provided stunning scenery.
