The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Morgan. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary champagne and a snack selection. The room had ample tea/coffee facilities and additional biscuits. The delicious breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the service was excellent.
Cannot find any fault.
The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful Llandudno Promenade, Pier, and Orme Train Station. We loved how close it was to all the attractions. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfy seating, a TV, and complimentary drinks and snacks. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, always with a smile on their face, and willing to help with anything we needed.
No issues.
The hotel had bright and clean facilities, with a lovely and friendly staff. The breakfast was average but had a fresh taste. The bedding sheets were also of good quality. The location was great, close to the pier/beach and shops, and it was quiet even for a central location. The bathroom, bedding, towels, and kettle were clean, and the hotel provided a good amount of tea/coffee.
It was all superb.

The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of hot dishes, fruits, and cereals. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, everything was spotless and well-maintained.
Nothing to mention.
