I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with fresh bedding and towels provided. The hotel facilities were great, with a secure entrance and a card system for the room. The location was ideal, just a short walk into the centre of Skegness, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had ample parking available, making it convenient for guests with a car.

The facilities provided were great, including ample parking available at both the front and back of the hotel. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our entire stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others as it offers excellent value for money. Its location was also ideal, close to the town center, shops, and restaurants, yet without the noise typically associated with a town center location. Additionally, it was just a short distance from the beach, allowing us to easily access the beautiful seafront.

Cleanliness, comfort, and bathroom were excellent. The hotel was not far from the seafront and close to the town centre, pubs, and arcades. The breakfast was cooked to order and the staff were friendly.
