The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the front and within easy distance of town and amenities. It is also very close to all the attractions, making it convenient for a one-night stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the modern ensuite rooms with comfy beds and white cotton sheets. The free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus.

The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and well-maintained room. The private balcony offered stunning views of the sea, and I enjoyed sitting out and relaxing on the fold-up chairs provided. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, being right on the seafront and close to Skegness town centre. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was exceptional, right on the seafront and very central in the area. We found it extremely convenient to explore the city and didn't need to use our car at all throughout our week-long stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The staff were also friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met.
