The location of this hotel is excellent! It is right in the centre of Piccadilly, just a short walk from the bus and train station. I found it very convenient to explore the city and it was especially handy for me as I had arrived by train. Additionally, the hotel is located right at the top of the shopping street, so there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also top-notch. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly appreciated the powerful hairdryer in the room. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent. I had the full English breakfast at a discounted rate during my stay and it was absolutely delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was spotless. We loved that our room faced an internal quad, which allowed us to have the window open without any noise from traffic outside. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the shopping area, restaurants, cafes, and transportation options. We especially appreciated the convenience of being able to take the tram from the airport to the hotel. The staff were always available and ready to assist, adding to the overall positive experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the main shopping area and close to the Piccadilly gardens. It was so convenient being just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff were amazing, always polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The room I stayed in was an Executive room, which was a free upgrade, and it was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and equipped with great facilities. The breakfast was also lovely, with a good selection available.
