The attentive service from staff was impeccable, and the hotel had a lovely ambience. The location was great, with major attractions in Westminster within walking distance, and Mayfair's bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was divine, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, conveniently situated just off Berkley Square and within easy walking distance to Hyde Park, Soho, Covent Garden, Big Ben, Westminster. We were able to explore the city easily and even found a few minutes to indulge in some shopping at the boutiques of Mayfair. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, with spotless rooms and the best quality linen and towels. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided us with a memorable and enjoyable experience in this city.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel like part of their family. The room was amazing, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, being close to Shepherds Market and within walking distance to popular attractions like Buckingham Palace and Oxford Street.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, including Letitia, Edmond, and the nights team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location in Mayfair was perfect, as it was in the best neighborhood and close to great restaurants, Oxford Street, and other attractions. We loved that it was away from traffic but still conveniently located near Piccadilly, Berkeley Square, and Green Park Tube. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast during our stay. the staff, location, cleanliness, and hotel facilities made this a fantastic experience.
