I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a gorgeous room with lots of quirky features and character. The super comfy bed ensured a great night's sleep. The staff provided brilliant customer service and were always ready to help. The location was ideal, being centrally located for the Albert Dock, Baltic area, and city center. Additionally, the hotel had a great vibe, and the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge upon arrival was a lovely touch.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread and attentive chef.
