I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with spotless rooms and fresh towels. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a shared kitchen with fresh milk and a lovely fenced-off garden area. Parking was a bit tight, but very handy. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants and pubs in this charming village of Brockenhurst. The hotel also provided great internet speed, ideal for those who need to stay connected.

The garden room we stayed in was perfect for us and our dog, with easy access to the courtyard. The check-in process was quick and the owner was very helpful, giving us recommendations for places to eat. The room had lovely touches like luxury toiletries and a gift box of dog food. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of hot and cold food. The staff were friendly and offered to cook us anything we wanted. The location was ideal, with shops, restaurants, and country walks all within a 5-minute walk. We also easily visited nearby attractions like Beaulieu and Lymington.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful room that had everything I needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and satisfying. It was a fantastic experience overall.
