The hotel had good facilities, including a kids disco that my son really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and made an effort to involve everyone. The location was great, serving as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel had a well-kept play area and outdoor facilities, although we unfortunately couldn't try them due to bad weather. The breakfast in the restaurant was also lovely.

I had a brilliant holiday at this hotel with my family and 1-year-old. The facilities were great, with a modern and comfortable lodge that was clean and spacious. The location was relaxed, surrounded by beautiful woodlands and close to everything. We enjoyed a fantastic woodland walk, perfect for kids. The evening entertainment for kids was also a big hit. Moreover, this hotel served as a great base to discover Cornwall, with its proximity to St Ives, Penzance, and other beautiful beaches, towns.
For us, it was ideal.
The hotel was clean, had great facilities, convenient parking, and was in a fantastic location close to everything to see in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was newly renovated and had a modern finish. The cleanliness was top-notch, and all the surrounding facilities, including the reception, entertainment venue, and restaurant, were impeccably clean. We loved taking walks around the beautiful woodlands and there was always plenty of parking available. The bus stop nearby offered plenty of bus options for us to explore the area. The on-site shop was well stocked and convenient. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the cubicles in the ladies changing area between the bingo and the cabaret, which provided entertainment for both kids and adults. Furthermore, the location was perfect for us as it was close to St Ives, Carbis Bay, and Hayle, all within a 5-minute drive or a walk if we felt up to it. It was also easy for us to drive to other nearby attractions like Penzance, Lands End, and Minack Theatre/Porthcurno.
