We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided a warm welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a glass of champagne and chocolates upon checking in, which was a lovely touch. The food at the hotel was delicious and elegantly served. We especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner, which were served in a beautiful setting with an amazing view of the Old Course and the city. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with easy access to transportation and parking facilities. The staff members were friendly and made our special birthday celebration truly memorable by upgrading our room, offering complimentary champagne and canapés, and even sending a birthday card from the manager.
Almost perfect. It would have been even better if there was someone available to take our coats upon arrival and if we didn't have to ask for everything. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience at this hotel.
