The hotel had large beds and a separate lounge area, which was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, with direct access to a sandy beach. Breakfast was great, with a self-service option and a good variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful, and tea and coffee were available in the room.

The staff were excellent, immediately addressing any issues with the room and providing extra blankets, a new mattress, and a portable heater. The location was fabulous, with a balcony overlooking the beach and sea. The sunset from the terrace was lovely, and the sunrise in the morning was priceless. The Italian restaurant on-site was incredible.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, being right on the beach and close to Sandbanks and Poole. It was also very convenient to have the Sandbanks Ferry nearby, which made it easy to explore the Jurassic Coast. Plus, the hotel was situated close to the promenade, allowing for a pleasant 45-minute walk to Bournemouth's pier and city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I also found the hotel facilities to be great, with a lovely outside area to relax in. this hotel provided a perfect location and had everything I needed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The communal areas were excellent and beautifully maintained. My room was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff, who did a fantastic job. The hotel is in a perfect location, right on the beach. It was a great base for exploring the surrounding area and I found it very convenient to have a nearby Tesco Express for any necessities I needed.

The location of this hotel on the beach side is simply unbeatable. With stunning views from most rooms, it's the perfect spot to soak up the beauty of this country's best beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Parking was always easy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious and the service was quick and efficient.
