I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The views of the harbour from my standard room were fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food in the bar/restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Even my fussy-eating 9-year-old enjoyed the food, finishing nearly an adult-sized portion of burger and chips. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and the town. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were all top-notch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms, dining area, and bar. The hotel facilities were impressive, and we particularly loved the stunning view of the sea from our room. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and within close proximity to the town centre and the ruins of Whitby Abbey. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, always available and going out of their way to help. The evening entertainment was a highlight and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely incredible, right on the pier with stunning views of the harbor and abbey. The room was clean, warm, and the beds were really comfy. The staff were polite and went above and beyond for my partner's birthday, decorating the room with balloons and banners for a small fee. It was such a special touch and made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was also lovely, with a variety of options to choose from. a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the decor and furnishings were top-notch, especially considering it is an old building. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views of the sea and abbey. Parking was available, although we recommend paying extra for a harbor view next time. our experience was wonderful.
Nothing to dislike. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained.
