The location of the hotel was amazing, as it was near the seaside and very close to the tram down to the beach. The room I stayed in had a sea view and was surprisingly spacious and well-decorated. The size of the room was a pleasant surprise, as it felt like a suite and even had a fridge. The breakfast provided was quite good, exceeding my expectations. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were efficient and prompt in addressing any issues that arose. When I reported a problem with the radiator in my room, a maintenance person arrived quickly to fix it, ensuring my comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the tram that takes you down to the beautiful beach and seafront. The hotel facilities were great, and we enjoyed the lovely Christmas decorations that added a festive touch to our visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, besides some minor dust on the curtains and light shades. it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the cleaning staff doing a wonderful job. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the amazing entrance and stairs area, which exuded a lavish and stylish atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, being right on the seafront and just a short walk away from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff in the dining room. They went above and beyond to ensure our baby's bottles were sterilized, which made our stay so much easier. Additionally, the location of the hotel was amazing, with just a short 10-minute walk to the old Victorian tramway that leads to the beautiful south beach. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a beautiful entrance and staircase that added to our overall experience. Lastly, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Hard to think of anything negative, but our check-in process was a bit problematic.
Despite arriving at the stated check-in time, our room was not ready and we had to wait for some time.
