The hotel had plenty of car park space, which was convenient for visiting the town. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Additionally, the hotel had a sea view from some rooms, adding to the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Southport. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the seafront. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel completely safe as a woman traveling alone. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were a great addition to my stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to the town center and the main attractions of this city.
Noisy music until early morning, unable to shut window, and cold breakfast. Additionally, the entrance and parking situation were not up to standard.
The hotel provided exceptional value for money with its comfortable rooms and excellent location for exploring. The staff were helpful and allowed me to change from a twin to a double room. The room was clean and had a good-sized bathroom. The hotel also had lovely lounge areas to relax in.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently refurbished. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful lobby and comfortable beds. The staff were excellent - very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the town centre and right at the seafront. I enjoyed stunning views of the sea, lake, and coast. It was also conveniently close to the Pleasurebeach and Splashzone, without any noise pollution. Parking was available and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, and I really enjoyed my time here.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location on the promenade was perfect, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views and take leisurely walks along the coast. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with everything well-maintained and spotless. We were also impressed by the hotel facilities and the fact that parking was free when we registered at reception. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a comfortable stay.
