I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and gave great advice about local dining options. The bedroom exceeded my expectations and was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The pool and spa facilities were amazing, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The hotel was easy to find with good parking. The room was quiet with a nice view of the garden and a comfy bed. The hotel had beautiful gardens to walk around, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and informative, and the spa treatments were very relaxing. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

We loved the lovely interior of the hotel, especially the festive Christmas decorations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel facilities, including the bar, restaurant, pool. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the bedrooms to the communal areas such as staircases and even the skirting boards. The location was ideal, with the hotel being situated in a charming old Victorian building and within walking distance of Liverpool centre.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms being attended to every day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped fitness center and a lovely pool. We also loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to Chester and the North Wales Expressway, which we planned to use the next morning. Additionally, there were nearby restaurants for dining options. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.
