The staff were friendly and professional, always making us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently refurbished. The hotel is located in a beautiful area right by the water's edge of Lake Windermere.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day of walking. I loved the small balcony in the room, which allowed me to enjoy the morning sun or gaze at the stars at night. Even though the hotel didn't offer a lake view, it was just a short 10-minute walk away from Waterhead. The hotel's interior design was stunning, and the garden terrace was a lovely place to relax. The receptionists were welcoming and very friendly, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel, near the river, lake, and city center, was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. The staff's personal touches made it even more enjoyable.
