I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, right next to the city center and within easy walking distance to everything. The staff were welcoming and made my stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The grab and go breakfast was a nice touch, and I appreciated having tea and coffee available anytime. Parking was not an issue as the hotel provided secure parking at the nearby racecourse.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the shopping area and restaurants. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Lastly, the parking was simple and easy, costing only £5 a day, which was a great convenience.
For us, it was ideal.
The location of this hotel was fantastic, being close to central Chester and only a short car journey away from Chester Zoo. It was also conveniently situated near the race course and city center, making it easy to enjoy everything that this city has to offer. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped room that even had a dishwasher - a rare find in hotels. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The grab and go breakfast was a great concept, with freshly baked pastries and a wide selection of teas, coffees, and juices. this hotel provided an excellent experience in a convenient and well-maintained setting.
Nothing at all - everything about this hotel was excellent.
