We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing - professional, friendly, and welcoming. They couldn't do enough for us and made us feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to everything we wanted to see in central Liverpool. Additionally, the breakfast area was relaxed and offered a nice variety of food choices.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast had a great choice of options and the staff were very cheerful and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were great. The location was perfect for catching the IOM ferry and it was only a short walk to the main shopping area.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and stunning architecture reminiscent of a cruise liner on land. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to this city.
