From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The room was excellent, with a fantastic view over the estuary and spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a gym, pool, and a beautiful spa. The location of the hotel could not have been better, as it was situated right on the waterfront with stunning views of the famous castle and bay. The breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious, with a wide range of choices and the staff were friendly and efficient in attending to our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived to leaving, everything was spot on. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were impressed by the spaciousness of the suite and the stunning views from the terrace. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, including setting up a travel cot and accommodating a dairy allergy. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the location in Conwy marina, which allowed us to take a short coastal path walk into the city. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay here. The location was beautiful, and the hotel itself was clean and welcoming. The staff were informative and made me feel at home. The views were absolutely stunning, and there were plenty of activities to do in the town and surrounding areas. The atmosphere was very chilled and relaxed, especially with the good weather. The fish and chips and ice cream were the best I've ever had outside of Yorkshire, and dare I say it, the shortbread was better than any I've tasted in Scotland. It was also really convenient to have parking right in front of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast options were great, with a wide variety to choose from including freshly cooked pancakes and waffles. The location of the hotel, right on the Conwy estuary and directly across from the castle, provided us with outstanding views.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel had a great location opposite a beautiful marina that led out to the bay. I enjoyed spending time on the fabulous terrace, watching the boats and taking in the lovely views. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.
