We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel is right in the centre, close to the Train Station, and surrounded by lots of cafés and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the hotel facilities were sleek and modern. We were granted an early check-in and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was brilliant, with lots of cafés and restaurants in the centre of the city, all less than two minutes walk away from the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top notch, and the air conditioning was silent and essential during the hot weather. The staff were excellent and polite, especially the front desk staff who were extremely helpful and welcoming to us and our young children. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was really enjoyable. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the bar area was comfortable and stylish. We appreciated the convenient location next to the Highcross Centre, with its abundance of restaurants and shops. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, making our stay even more pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, with a comfortable double bed and quality products in the bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful lobby and a restaurant/reception area that had everything we needed. We also appreciated the easy and fairly priced parking options. The location was perfect for exploring this city, as it was within walking distance of the city centre and there were plenty of nearby shops, pubs, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Shelly who made our stay special by taking the time to get to know us and even offering us a cozy booth to spend quality time together.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with modern furniture. The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Highcross Centre and surrounded by lots of cafés and restaurants. It was convenient to have so many options nearby. The staff at the reception area, cleaners, and at the bar were always friendly and provided excellent customer service. I particularly want to mention Amit at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's security was also impressive, as access was only available with a key card.
