We had a terrific stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The location was fantastic, right next to the Royal Opera House and Covent Garden. We enjoyed the superb food and the atmosphere in the bar was excellent.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The room was beautifully designed, with a super-king bed that was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet, and the bathroom had heated tile floors, adding a touch of luxury. I also loved that the TV had chromecast, making it easy to stream my favorite shows. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they even personalized the mini-fridge with my preferred tea and milk. These little touches made my stay truly special.
Nothing, it is perfect.
The hotel had a fantastic location just in front of the opera in Covent Garden. We were also happy to see the cocktail list that we remembered from the NY branch in the beautiful Atrium restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
