The hotel facilities were top-notch, with heated floors in the bedroom and bathroom, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center and close to Balmoral castle. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with options suitable for our vegan diet and fresh fruit sourced from their own garden. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome at all times.
