I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the WiFi worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. The hotel also had ample and free parking.
We were extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere, including our room, was spotless. The hotel facilities, such as the heated pool, spa, steam room, and sauna, were a lovely addition to our stay. The hotel also provided ample parking, which was a great help, as not many hotels in this city offer such parking availability. The location was ideal, with easy access to Mapperley Park and the city centre. The service was excellent, with the staff treating us like old friends. The front desk staff, Lucas, was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff, especially John, were professional yet warm. The hotel also had air conditioning in the room, which was a rarity in the few places we stayed. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay with excellent service and convenient facilities.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The hotel had a big and comfy bed, with some of the staff being accommodating and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and bringing us a fan when it was hot in the room. The TV was a decent size, although it didn't have Sky Sports.
Nothing, all aspects of the hotel were excellent.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were first class and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and there were great transportation links nearby. We also appreciated the ample parking spaces in the large car park. Although there were limited restaurant choices nearby, we found a pub across the road that offered a good selection of food, at a cheaper price than the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were clean and well presented. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and swimming pool/gym, were attractive. The parking was convenient and we could easily park near the main door. The location was great, with frequent buses to the nearby hospital. The room was comfortable, with firm beds and immaculate linen. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The decor, with its nods to Nottingham's lace industry, was lovely. All the staff we encountered were helpful and polite. The breakfast was enjoyable.
