This hotel had the best breakfast options and the staff coped admirably despite being busy. The bed was big and comfortable, and the bath was appreciated. The evening meal was well presented and made with high-quality ingredients. The hotel offered excellent value for money and provided a free room upgrade. The rooms were well furnished and had ultra-comfy beds. The bathrooms were well set up with separate showers, and there were fluffy dressing gowns. The breakfast was a real treat and everyone in my party enjoyed their stay. The hotel itself was architecturally stunning and set in beautiful gardens.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities were functional. The parking was ample and convenient, and the location felt like a rural country estate while still being on the edge of town. The beautiful gardens added to the overall charm, especially in autumn. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the hotel provided free parking and a peaceful environment.
Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel for a family celebration. The hotel had lots of character and even had an open fire, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The rooms were clean and functional, and the bed was very large and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us in passing. The service from the restaurant staff during breakfast was excellent, with staff always on hand to offer more tea, coffee, and toast. We also had a birthday coffee/cake meal hosted by the afternoon staff, who did a great job at a secluded table. The hotel's location next to the University was convenient for us, and parking was available.
Hard to think of anything negative.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable four-poster bed, making it a luxurious experience. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful gardens, which were especially glorious when we visited in Autumn. The breakfast was delicious, and we regret not opting for it during our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our visit.
