The staff were fantastic, always ready to help and provide excellent service in the restaurant. The food served was fantastic, with a varied menu that changed daily. They were also very accommodating to my partner's wheat and gluten intolerance. Additionally, the upgraded room was lovely, with a new bathroom and well-appointed bedroom. The pool was clean and well presented, perfect for a relaxing swim.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Hannah, were very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our time here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the different types of pillows provided. The hotel facilities, including the spa, gym, and pool, were a great addition and not overcrowded. The location was perfect, with easy access to various attractions in this city. The breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We can't wait to return!

The staff at this hotel were extremely pleasant and made me feel very welcome. The spa facilities and pool were what made the experience value for money for me. The pool had gorgeous windows overlooking the outside, allowing me to see the beautiful gardens. The location of this hotel was ideal as it was close to many places I wanted to visit, including Chester, the zoo, and Cheshire Oaks. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient parking and transportation options. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection, and the staff were professional in this "new normal" era.

The hotel grounds were also beautiful and in an ideal location. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a very comfy bed. The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of hot and cold options.
All was perfect.
The cooked breakfast was not up to scratch, with wrong orders and missing items. The buffet selection was attractive, but the quality of the food let it down. The service was slow, and even the tea was cold. However, other than this, our stay was fantastic. The reception staff, especially David, were very helpful and made us feel welcome.
