I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, just a short 5-minute walk to the town center and close to all the attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the free spa facilities which I enjoyed every day of my stay. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for me. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel also had ample parking available, making it convenient for guests with cars.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is perfect, as it's just a short walk to the river and the old town centre. The building has a lot of character, especially in the 'old' section. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a lovely spa, swimming pool, and gym. The beds were comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service.

The breakfast was tasty and offered a wide choice. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the town centre, which is very nice, made it easy for us to explore and enjoy this city.

The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities, especially the leisure facilities like the pool and steam room, were fabulous. The plentiful parking and easy access to the city made it convenient for us to explore this city. The location was very close to the center and we could easily walk to the shopping area, restaurants, and the beautiful river Avon. The grounds of the hotel were also very pleasant to stroll through.
There was nothing we didn't like.
