The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront in a central area. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated between the two piers and right in the centre of everything. We could easily access all the attractions and didn't have to worry about transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, as the rooms were fresh and the beds were comfortable. The staff, from the kitchen to the dining servers, bar staff, and entertainment team, were all amazing. They were friendly, happy, and went out of their way to be helpful. The food was exceptional, with plenty of choices on the menu for evening meals and a variety of delicious desserts to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere. It was clear that many people return here time and time again, as the staff knew some guests by their first names. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the entertainment provided was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The layout of our bedroom was perfect, and we especially loved room 21. The lounge and cabaret room were excellent in size, providing plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was situated between the two piers and close to all amenities. We also had no trouble finding parking nearby. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. They were attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it was quite spacious for our needs. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a nice variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the centre of everything and just out on the promenade. Being in this city, we had easy access to transportation, with a tram stop right by the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
