Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome from the staff and a refreshing welcome drink which set the tone for the rest of the stay. As someone who values security, I was pleased to see that the hotel offers 24-hour security which made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay.
Furthermore, I loved the fact that there was always something to do, even at odd hours. With 24-hour reception, 24-hour room service, and 24-hour security at my disposal, I felt like everything was always within my reach. On a personal level, I found the Fitness Studio equipped with modern gym equipment suited for my daily workouts, whilst the indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and sun loungers were perfect for some relaxation.
Lastly, the hotel offers various spa treatments including facials, back massages, head massages, full body massages, and beauty treatments. The treatment room and steam room provided the perfect environment for me to unwind and de-stress, making me ready for a productive day ahead. Overall, the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane exceeded my expectations, making my business stay a memorable one.
