Cleanliness was top-notch, with neat and spacious rooms that were well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the waffle station that my children loved, and the onsite bar and grill which offered delicious options. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to many popular London attractions like museums. The staff were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, providing excellent customer service. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, with museums within walking distance. We were also impressed with the hotel facilities, including the comfortable beds and the 15£ buffet cost. Directly across the street, there was a big supermarket, which was very convenient.
For us, it was ideal.

The location was ideal, as it was close to the Albert Hall and within walking distance of nice restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of food options and a chef who could make omelettes and pancakes to order. We were also impressed with the staff's attention to guests' food allergies, providing options for gluten intolerance.
Almost perfect, but the hotel had promised to arrange a cake for my daughter's birthday and unfortunately, it did not happen. However, this would not deter us from returning to this hotel again.
