I had an amazing stay! The staff at the hotel were incredible, giving me a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout my visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I was impressed with the well-maintained facilities. The location was also fantastic, right on the city wall and just a short walk to the main city centre. I greatly appreciated the convenience of nearby affordable car parking options. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices to satisfy different tastes.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the delicious breakfast with a wide range of choices. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The location was ideal for tourists, as it was very close to everything in the center of the city. We also appreciated the convenient parking options, with the hotel offering an alternative car park that was much cheaper. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends for future stays in this city.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's best aspects were its cleanliness, easy walking distance to all the city centre amenities, and friendly staff. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The Welsh speaking receptionist, Helen, was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Tesco supermarket opposite the hotel. we couldn't find anything to dislike about our stay.
