I had a great stay in this hotel right in the middle of town. The location was perfect for me as it was close to everything in the center of Broughty Ferry. There were plenty of restaurants around, making it easy to find a good place to eat. The hotel itself was very clean and had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I found the train station of Borough Ferry to be conveniently nearby. this hotel is a great option for a one or two night stay in this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a spacious room with a comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with plenty of loo roll. The hotel had great facilities and provided a well-stocked tea/coffee station. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to the beach. It was a great base for exploring this city, with easy access to transportation. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two-night stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we requested was quiet, with a comfy bed and a great shower. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with free parking nearby. We enjoyed the meals, especially the steak which was described as the best ever. great value for money.
