I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the location was excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a swimming pool which was a great bonus. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and I especially enjoyed the stunning view from my room's velux windows. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the service in the restaurant was fantastic.

The spacious rooms were clean and offered stunning mountain views. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices. The staff, especially Gary, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Fort William and the surrounding area.
