We had a warm welcome with a personalized card and great tea and shortbread in our room. The breakfast was top-notch with a variety of options and a spacious dining area. The atmosphere was inviting and the hostess, Liz, was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions like the Robert Burns Museum and town shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was immaculately clean and had excellent facilities. The parking was convenient and the location was easily accessible. I was warmly welcomed by Liz, the owner, who made sure that everything was perfect for my stay. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were attentive and made me feel well taken care of.

The warm welcome and exceptional hospitality made us feel comfortable and at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, surpassing our expectations. The delicious made-to-order breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location was conveniently close to restaurants and offered easy access to Ayr and the surrounding area.
