We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to use it as a base for travelling around North Wales. The hotel itself is a lovely building, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was enjoyable, with an excellent selection of food that was kept replenished and hot. The room was spacious and well-furnished, and the bathroom was clean and modern. We also loved the bar area and glassed terrace, which provided a relaxing atmosphere.
Can't fault the property in any way.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the Duty Manager Jay and his team, were incredibly professional, helpful, and caring. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to eat. The location of the hotel, both in the restaurant and on the terrace bar, was perfect.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Llandudno. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The location on the central promenade provided convenient access to both the beach and nearby shops. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was excellent, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony room with a super view. The bedroom layout was well laid out and clean. The hotel itself was also clean and had a nice atmosphere. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. my stay was a perfect ten out of ten. I definitely plan on returning.
