We loved the location of the hotel, as it was so close to the city centre and right across from the Theatre. It made it really easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the local attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the main rooms being well-maintained and clean. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the bar area which had a very nice ambiance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The free use of the pool and spa was a great addition to my stay. The central location was ideal, with everything in the city within walking distance. Being close to the International Centre was a bonus as I was attending an event there. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being very close to the city centre and within walking distance of the train station. It was also conveniently located opposite the conference centre, making it ideal for business travelers. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and nicely decorated rooms. I particularly enjoyed the communal areas, such as the 'library' with the pool table. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, providing great service throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was also impressive, offering a wide variety of options.
Hard to think of anything negative. Although, it did get a bit noisy on Saturday night due to a nightclub opposite the hotel.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was clean and a decent size, and I appreciated the nice decor. The hotel facilities were great, with a welcoming lounge style foyer and a comfy, quiet drawing room where I could relax. The location was perfect, very close to shops and restaurants, and just opposite the theatre and the international convention centre. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of continental and hot options. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Nothing to dislike.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent, with a friendly and efficient staff. The room was fabulous, with great amenities like a coffee machine, fluffy towels, and even an iron and ironing board. We were able to check in early and the bar staff made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, right opposite the international convention centre and close to the Harrogate conference centre. We also enjoyed the fantastic local bars and the easy access to the York Christmas market. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices and good value. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
