We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking was easy and convenient, making it stress-free to get in and out. The location was superb for both shopping and sightseeing, with everything we needed within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant provided a delicious breakfast, which was handled exceptionally well by the staff.

This hotel had it all! The room I stayed in was spacious, modern, and had excellent A/C. The staff were incredibly considerate and polite, especially Ricky at the front desk. They went above and beyond to support me and resolve any queries I had. They even made the effort to learn my name and made a fuss over my pet, making us both feel welcome. The location was perfect, with numerous restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the canal, providing a picturesque setting for walks or jogging. Within just 10 minutes, you can escape to the beautiful countryside.

The hotel's location in the town centre was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, shops, and the marina. I enjoyed the convenience of having good parking facilities on-site. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit.

The location of this hotel is perfect - right on the quayside and just a short walk into the center where the shops are. It's also only a good 5-minute walk to the cathedral area, making it an ideal base for exploring. The hotel facilities are great, with a lovely restaurant that offers a nice view over the river bank. The breakfast selection is excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
