We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was immaculate, from the spotless room to the sparkling shower tray. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a convenient location near Terminal 5 and bus transportation readily available. Parking was ample, although it's advisable to arrive early to secure a spot. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy to turn into and out of the car park, regardless of the direction we were coming from. The breakfast offered a satisfying selection, including fresh scramble eggs, juices, and good coffee. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised when they immediately fetched up new bedding after my child spilled a drink on the bed.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The location was ideal for both business trips and leisure activities. It was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to travel to and from. Additionally, there were small shops in the area where I could find basic necessities. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant overnight stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were extremely friendly and customer-oriented. The breakfast was satisfactory, although it could be improved considering the price. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was slightly lacking, especially the bathrooms, which are in need of an upgrade. However, the rooms were comfortable and provided a warm atmosphere. The pillows were the best we've experienced in any hotel. The hotel was conveniently located near the park, only a 20-minute drive away, and offered free parking. The transportation options were good, with easy access to the M4 and close proximity to Slough. The staff provided excellent service and allowed us to check out later, which we greatly appreciated. Although there was no fridge, the tea provisions and kettle were a nice touch. Other amenities such as hair dryers, clean towels, and shampoo and bath gel were provided.

Convenient location for visiting Windsor Castle and Heathrow airport, or for a quick stopover into Central London. Close proximity to Terminal 5, making it convenient for travelers. Helpful staff who provided information on directions and breakfast timings. Good breakfast options available.
