The location was convenient, being very close to both the M25 and Brentwood train station. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a room with a view across the bypass to my grandad's old farm. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, thanks to the great housekeeping. The friendly staff, especially Pat in the breakfast area, made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was excellent. The lobby bar was cozy and we had an excellent meal there.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Lyndy, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were initially given a room without a fridge, but the reception quickly changed our room to one with a fridge when we requested it. The gym and pool were also great amenities, and we appreciated being able to book time slots for exclusive use. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's mobility needs, providing us with a room near the reception. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold food with excellent coffee. The hotel's location was convenient, just off the motorway and close to the Westfield shopping centre. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the staff, especially Charlotte at reception, were helpful and responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and hardworking, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were also very helpful in accommodating us and making sure we had a memorable experience for our family celebrations. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and pool - just what I needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with everything in its rightful place. Plus, the breakfast spread was simply amazing, catering to everyone's tastes and even offering veggie sausages. The location was convenient, being near Brentwood and Essex, making it easy to explore the area. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.
