We had a great stay in this city. The hotel's location was fantastic, just on the outskirts of the main part of town, but still within easy walking distance to the very center. We found it incredibly convenient in terms of transportation, with the train/bus station right opposite the hotel. The staff were top-notch, especially Nicolle on reception who went above and beyond to arrange a late check-out for me to accommodate a hospital appointment. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food and drinks.

The hotel was conveniently located near pubs and restaurants, just 100 yards from the bus and train hub in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we were pleased with the facilities provided. The breakfast offered was of high quality, exceeding our expectations. The staff, particularly Paul and Ciara at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. Ciara went above and beyond to assist us with printing a document we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. It had a large desk, perfect for working, and a coffee and tea maker. The staff was efficient and friendly, providing excellent service. We also appreciated the convenient parking available in a nearby multi-storey for a reasonable price. The hotel's location was ideal, with a short walk to the city center and bus station, making it easy to explore the attractions and access transportation. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel, the variety of Freeview channels on the TV, and the delicious meals provided, including complimentary dinner for kids.
