The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a very family-like atmosphere. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a pub right opposite, gin and rum bars, and shops just around the corner. It was also close to Charlotte St for parking, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and conveniently located on the street facing side of the room.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect for our needs and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious and had a good variety to choose from.

Perfect location for visiting all the attractions within walking distance. Great proximity to the Canary Gin Shop and Bar, just across the road. Surprisingly affordable for such a central location in an old town. Friendly and helpful staff.
