The hotel was conveniently located next to the Europa bus station, providing easy transportation options. Additionally, it was right across the street from The Crown pub, perfect for grabbing a drink or two. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the luxurious beds provided us with a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything looked spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the Piano Bar where I was served by a lovely young staff member. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city across from the famous Crown Bar. It was so convenient for shopping, dining, and visiting local attractions. Plus, it was right next to the Royal Opera House on Great Victoria Street. The staff were incredible, always friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was excellent too!
