The location of the hotel is ideal, with Kensington Park just across the road, providing a beautiful and safe environment for a stroll. Additionally, it is very close to Queensway Tube station, making it convenient to explore central London. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Finally, the hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The best aspects of this hotel were its excellent location near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, and its convenient access to Queensway tube station. I loved being able to easily explore the beautiful walking areas and have a quick stroll to Kensington High Street. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for getting to the shops on Oxford Street and the underground at Queensgate Station. We also loved being directly opposite a beautiful park, which was perfect for lovely walks in the winter sun. The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and all the food we tried, especially the salmon, was superb.

Not only was it away from the bustling crowd, but it was also conveniently close to city buses and underground stations. The hotel even provided easy access to the beautiful Hyde Park, which was within walking distance. Additionally, there were 2 tube stations within a minute's walk and a bus stop within 50 meters. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
