We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nottingham. The staff truly made our experience memorable with their warm welcome and friendly demeanor. One particular lady, possibly from Thailand, made our Sunday morning breakfast service enjoyable and fun. She called herself Sunshine and her energy put a smile on our faces all day. The reception staff were professional, well dressed, and approachable, and we loved the cookies they provided. The beds and pillows were perfect, the room facilities were great, and the bathroom and shower were clean. We especially appreciated the bathrobes and slippers. Additionally, the hotel's value for money was excellent, making it one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were always polite and greeted me with a smile every morning. They were incredibly helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was a great bonus. I also loved the fact that the cleaning staff were efficient and always had a cheerful attitude. The hotel was very well organized and everything ran smoothly. The restaurant and bar had a wide variety of delicious food options and the beds in the rooms were incredibly comfortable. The hotel also had ample parking available, which was very convenient. it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, and the staff were really helpful and polite. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The hotel facilities were great, with air conditioning that worked perfectly and a fantastic shower in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered free cookies upon check-in, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of parking spaces available, free of charge. The location was also convenient, with the hotel situated in a town centre with easy access to transportation.
