The location of the hotel was great, and the staff, especially Paul on the front desk, were very helpful. The hotel had excellent leisure facilities and a lovely restaurant. We had a few issues with noise, but the staff were fantastic and resolved them quickly, even providing treats for my son.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bar/lounge area was really nice, with comfortable seating. The staff were attentive and very polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of options for vegetarians and even some vegan choices available. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

The reception and bar staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well-furnished with comfortable beds. There was ample free car parking and a tasty food selection in the bar. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The hotel's location was convenient and offered a quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the motorway and convenient for exploring Lancashire and the Lake District. The hotel itself is situated on beautiful grounds, creating a lovely setting for our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, ensuring that we had a comfortable and relaxing experience. The facilities, including the bar, restaurant, and leisure area, were all great and provided everything we needed. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious sandwich in the bar and received excellent service around 5pm. Breakfast was top-notch with a wide variety of choices to suit all preferences.
